What you will do as a residential Service Plumber: 

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential homes
• Present options to customers with education behind each resolution 
• Document all jobs using ServiceTitan
• Communicate with customers, and office team to optimize day 
• Safely operate a company vehicle
• Participate in company training

Required Service Plumber Qualifications:

• Must have 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience - REQUIRED 
• Experience in removing and installing water heaters - Strongly Preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Able to handle physical workload, lift and carry 60 lbs.
