We’re seeking passionate and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join our team. You’ll receive quality inbound leads—no cold calling required—and offer solutions that truly change lives.

Job Duties

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with warm leads generated through multiple marketing campaigns
  • Consult with prospective clients to evaluate their financial situation and offer tailored debt relief options
  • Enroll clients in suitable programs and help them begin their path to financial recovery
  • Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track follow-up opportunities
  • Commit to learning and improving as a consultative closer
  • Thrive in a high-energy, supportive, and goal-driven team environment

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+years of consultative sales experience (required)
  • 1+years in financial services sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High motivation and goal orientation
  • CRM experience and basic tech proficiency
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
  • Ability to reliably commute to Phoenix, AZ
  • This position is in-office 5 days per week
