Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performing Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, security, and Data Cloud, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Important: Only candidates currently residing in the Phoenix, AZ area will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations.
Design and implement Experience Cloud sites using LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) and Aura templates based on business, performance, and SEO requirements.
Develop secure authentication and authorization solutions using External Identity, Single Sign-On (SSO), and advanced Salesforce sharing models.
Define branching strategies and CI/CD deployment processes for Experience Cloud metadata.

Salesforce Development

Develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for the LWR framework.
Build personalized digital experiences using Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS.
Design and implement business automation using Headless Flows, Asynchronous Apex, and other Salesforce automation tools.
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for scalability, security, and governor limit compliance.

Integrations & Data

Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external applications including ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials.
Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver unified customer profiles and personalized user experiences.

Leadership & Collaboration

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and user stories.
Present architecture recommendations and technical roadmaps to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Mentor developers and establish development standards and best practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud development and architecture.

Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).

Experience implementing Salesforce External Identity, SSO, and advanced sharing models.

Strong Apex, Flows, and asynchronous processing experience.

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce Named Credentials.

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integrations.

Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment strategies, CI/CD, and source control.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Application/System Architect certifications.

Experience with Salesforce CMS, Audience Targeting, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
