The Electronic Solutions organization within Honeywell Aerospace has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Advanced Project Engineer to join the Aero Digital Solutions Project Engineering team. In this role, you will lead and manage engineering projects within the Ensemble and Data Content Integrity portfolios, supporting the delivery of innovative aerospace solutions.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful execution of engineering programs. You will work out of the Deer Valley site, Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid work schedule. Please note that the new hires are expected to work onsite Monday-Friday for the first 90 days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage engineering projects to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery 
  • Drive prioritization, task sequencing, and schedule adherence while managing requirements and controlling scope 
  • Coordinate technical execution across cross-functional engineering, program, and business teams 
  • Provide project direction, oversight, and decision-making support 
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation 
  • Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and established processes 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery 
  • Communicate project health, status, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership 
  • Drive collaboration across global teams and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
