Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing field sales team as a Junior Membership Coordinator. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are new to sales or to the direct enrollment model. You will work in the community - door-to-door, at events, and at partner locations - enrolling members in the Vamos Health membership program.Â
Junior Representatives benefit form a structured ramp-up period, mentorship from senior team members, and a full-employment model with guaranteed minimum pay.Â
Compensation:Â
Vamos Health uses a hybrid model combining guaranteed base pay with performance-based bonuses.
Base pay
All hours must be recorded through BambooHR. Overtime requires advance written supervisor approval.

Bonuses are earned on memberships sold beyond the pay-period threshold. Senior Representatives
are expected to regularly exceed this threshold:

Core Membership $120 per sign-up

Individual Performance Multipliers
Senior Representatives are expected to consistently operate in the upper multiplier tiers:
• 20 CME in the pay period: +10% multiplier on all bonuses
• 25 CME in the pay period: +15% multiplier on all bonuses
• 30+ CME in the pay period: +20% multiplier on all bonuses
Team Bonuses
Sales teams can earn an additional $400 per team member per pay period when the team hits collective CME targets. Senior Representatives are expected to actively elevate team performance.
No Ramp-Up Period
Senior Representatives are not subject to a ramp-up period. Full performance standards and 100%. Bonus rates apply from the first pay period. This role requires demonstrated field sales experience and the ability to perform at standard from day one.
Chargebacks
Bonuses are subject to chargeback if a member cancels or goes unpaid (applies to all sign-ups, not
only above-threshold):
• Month 0 (sign-up month): 100% of bonus recouped
• Month 1: 100% of bonus recouped
• Month 2: 66% of bonus recouped
• Month 3: 33% of bonus recouped
• Month 4+: No chargeback
Vamos Health will provide written notice of all chargebacks prior to each pay period payment. All representatives acknowledge this structure upon hiring.
Performance Expectations:Â
Sales Targets
Senior Representatives must achieve 14 CME per pay period from day one, with the expectation that strong performers reach the 20-30+ CME tier. Failure to hit 14 core-member equivalents triggers the following process:Â
- First miss: Written warning issued
- Second consecutive miss: Employment termination
- Tree misses in a rolling 12-month period: Automatic termination
Senior-Level Standards
Beyond standard conduct requirements, Senior Representatives are expected to:Â
- Consistently achieve top-tier sales output
- Model best practices and share effective tactics with junior team members
- Proactively surface community insights and enrollment opportunities to leadershipÂ
- Maintain accurate records in BambooHR and Cerebro/Hint systemsÂ
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Drive community enrollment through field outreach, events, and partner location activations
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual CME targets each pay period
- Serve as an informal mentor and resource for junior reps during joint field daysÂ
- Maintain accurate enrollment records in Hint/Cerebro systemsÂ
- Participate in team meetings and provide ground-level insights to leadership
- Build lasting relationships with community members to support retentionÂ
- Represent Vamos Health's mission and values in every interactionÂ
Qualifications:Â
Required
- Fluent in Spanish
- Confident, community-oriented presence with strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Access to a personal vehicle for daily work (mileage reimbursed, not daily commute)
- U.S. work authorization (W-2 role)
Preferred
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in healthcare membership, insurance, or direct-enrollment salesÂ
- Familiarity with CRM or enrollment platforms (Hint, Cerebro, or similar)
- Prior experience informally coaching or supporting newer sales team members
