Senior Warehouse Coordinator - Modular

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Coordinator to join our Modular team in Surprise, AZ. They will perform advanced warehouse coordination by independently managing order fulfillment, inventory handling, and cross-team communication. They apply experience and judgment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety across warehouse activities. They will support training and workflow guidance for less experienced staff. Finally, they will execute the full range of warehouse coordination responsibilities, with expanded accountability for independent decision-making, issue resolution, and workflow continuity. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:   

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Independently coordinates order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and transfer activities. 

• Performs routine cycle counts and resolves inventory discrepancies. 

• Verifies pulled orders and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

• Maintains organized inventory storage, bin labeling, and FIFO practices. 

• Communicates with internal teams to resolve order or inventory issues. 

• Supports safety practices and proper equipment operation.

Education and Experience   

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required. 

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination required. 

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.
