Service Technician (Residential)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish a great rapport with the customer
• Properly trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
• Perform service repair of HVAC equipment
• Perform sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements
• Perform warranty service repair
• Perform Precision Tune-Ups
• Set sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
• Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
• On-Call rotation (nights/weekends)
• Follow all standard operating procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years HVAC Service, Maintenance and Repair experience preferred
• EPA Certified preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
