As the Sr. Director, Learning & Development at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead enterprise-wide learning and leadership development initiatives as the business prepares to operate as a standalone, publicly traded company. This role is accountable for establishing and scaling a global Learning & Development organization that balances strong enterprise governance with regional flexibility.
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Talent, you will set the enterprise learning vision and strategy for a global workforce of approximately 35,000 employees. You will evolve Learning & Development from a service provider into a strategic capability partner focused on enterprise capability building, leadership effectiveness, and long-term workforce readiness. While not responsible for all learning initiatives in a decentralized environment, this role will drive coherence through strategy, governance, and influence across the learning ecosystem.
This role requires a transformational leader with extensive enterprise leadership experience, deep expertise in adult learning and instructional design, and the ability to translate business strategy into scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions across geographies and cultures.
This role will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
