As a Sr. IT Program Manager you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of IT university relations programs and other IT programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex IT initiatives that align with strategic objectives, particularly in fostering partnerships with educational institutions to enhance our talent pipeline. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's IT programs.
In this role, your impact will be comprehensive, encompassing program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
