Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between the plant and the yard
- Supervise and coordinate drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely dispatch
- Monitor trailer/truck availability, maintenance status, and DOT compliance
- Communicate with customers regarding pickup/delivery statuses and any service delays
- Implement and enforce transportation safety protocols and regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DOT)
- Maintain operational records including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, fuel usage, and maintenance history
- Work closely with customer service, mechanics, and yard teams to streamline end-to-end logistics operations
- Address and resolve transportation issues, such as delays, breakdowns, or driver shortages

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management (logistics industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Experience managing drivers and vehicle schedules
- Proficiency in Excel and transportation management systems (TMS) is preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred
- CDL license or technical understanding of fleet equipment is a plus but not required

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per Salary, depending on experience and qualification.Â
