Summary

Runs a crew or project of up to 4,000 man hours per month. Responsible for executing supervisory responsibilities with a focus on Safety, Productivity, and Leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces company standards and procedures.
• Maintains high personal and team standards.
• Initiates corrective action when needed.
• Conducts safety and crew meetings.
• Promotes teamwork and resolves conflicts.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Applies consistency while remaining flexible.

Supervision

• Supervises 3+ foremen and 20–30 employees.
• Motivates through trust, accountability, and respect.
• Encourages cooperation over authority.
• Leads by example.
• Ensures safety and productivity.
• Trains and develops employees.
• Encourages feedback and ideas.
• Sets achievable standards.
• Treats employees fairly.
• Addresses issues promptly.
• Supports other departments.

Skills

• Strong verbal communication.
• Effective listening and problem-solving.
• Strong written communication.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years electrical construction experience.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Completed at least two projects from start to finish.
• Ability to manage productivity budgets.
• Ability to supervise and develop teams.
• Strong electrical installation knowledge.
