Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team during promotional campaigns and events
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout daily activities
- Help coordinate team assignments and event responsibilities
- Assist with training new team members
- Monitor daily team goals and provide coaching when needed
- Help maintain a professional and welcoming event environment
- Communicate campaign expectations clearly to team members
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Work closely with management to improve team performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and positive leadership style
- Ability to motivate and coach others
