  • Govern privileged access models and support modernization of authentication and authorization capabilities
  • Reduce risks associated with shared, excessive, and orphaned database entitlements

Drive AI-Powered Access Analytics & Automated Remediation

  • Lead implementation of AI-driven entitlement analytics to identify excessive privileges, dormant accounts, access anomalies, and policy violations
  • Drive automated remediation and continuous access governance capabilities across the database estate
  • Establish metrics and monitoring for entitlement utilization, privilege consumption, and policy compliance
  • Leverage advanced analytics to improve access governance effectiveness and operational scalability

Oversee Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory Readiness

  • Partner with Cyber Security, Operational Risk, and Compliance organizations to ensure alignment with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements
  • Establish governance routines supporting audits, regulatory examinations, and risk management activities
  • Drive remediation of database access-related findings, issues, and control gaps
  • Improve controls that protect customer and sensitive data across the database ecosystem

Enable Secure Automation and Database Modernization

  • Integrate identity governance capabilities into enterprise database automation platforms
  • Support modernization initiatives by embedding security and access governance into self-service and automated operational workflows
  • Ensure database access controls scale alongside cloud adoption, AI-enabled operations, and platform transformation efforts
  • Influence security architecture decisions for future-state database platforms and services

Influence Enterprise Stakeholders & Lead Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with Cyber Security IAM, Infrastructure Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, CIO organizations, and database engineering teams
  • Communicate strategy, risk posture, compliance priorities, and transformation progress to senior executives
