Training Promotion Specialist - Brief Description
Design, implement, and optimize training programs and systems to support workforce readiness in a technical manufacturing environment. Lead development and facilitation of technical training programs and curricula.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training operations: scheduling, venue, resources, and rollout.Â
- Administer LMS (SAP or equivalent), including data integration and system enhancements.
- Analyze training data, build dashboards, and report performance metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to standardize cross-regional programs and manage instructor qualification.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Alternatively, company will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience.

Technical Skills:
Â
- Must have education or experience in project planning and management.
- Must have education or experience in at least three (3) of the following skills:
- Training operations analytics and reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- LMS administration and data integration.
- Training program design, facilitation, and instructional methodology.
- Cross-regional program standardization and instructor qualification management.
- Must have education or experience in at least two (2) of the following tools: MS office suite, SAP LMS, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Must have education or experience in:
- Administering and integrating SAP-based LMS for large-scale programs.
- Building training data models and dashboards to support workforce readiness and instructor tracking.
- Experience may be gained while in graduate school.

Physical Requirements:
- Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix Arizona facility.
Standard Work Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
