This is a hybrid role that will require onsite work requirements in either our Arizona or California offices. It will provide trial presentation support and related services, as well as technical support for litigation support services and software. Job duties include applying experience and knowledge of a wide variety of litigation support, eDiscovery, and computer technologies to process incoming data; managing workflow, project management, documenting work status; training, supporting, and troubleshooting end user issues; ensure quality control measures are maintained; and documenting processes and procedures. Collects client data using forensically-sound principles and best practices, on-site and remotely.


Position Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project Management and task prioritization skills required
  • Prior experience in a law firm environment is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of database fundamentals including query and report writing is preferred
  • Ability to work additional time in order to perform the essential duties of the position; may require irregular hours
  • Proficiency with OnCue, Relativity, and Relativity Processing is required.
  • Knowledge and deep understanding of: legal principles and terminology; EDRM; methods and requirements of legal discovery and legal research; principles and practices of document collection, imaging, coding, electronic storage, and retrieval; current word processing, spreadsheet, data base, multimedia presentation; functions and operations of personal computers and peripherals and troubleshooting.


Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in technology or similar discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years trial presentation and litigation support experience, training or education is required.
  • Experience with a wide variety of technology subjects, including SQL, Access, and MS Office is strongly preferred.
