Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of new strategic digital initiatives and capabilities, features and channels across the Private Bank.
- Develop and implement adoption strategies to accelerate frontline and customer uptake.
- Conduct impact assessments and evaluate organisational, operational, and stakeholder readiness for upcoming changes.
- Create enablement materials, including training materials, user guides, FAQs and standard operating procedures.
- Design and execute targeted communications and engagement plans for frontline and support teams to ensure smooth change adoption.
- Partner with PB Academy to deliver structured, relevant and timely training programs.
- Oversee go‑live readiness, including cutover planning, deployment coordination, and issue management.
- Monitor adoption performance, user feedback and behavioural metrics to proactively identify gaps and necessary interventions.
Job Requirements

- Strategic thinker and pragmatic executor with the ability to conceptualise, develop, and deliver strategic initiatives
- Strong track record delivering business or digital change initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Skilled in impact assessment, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness management
Education / Experience Requirements
- Degree in banking, business management or any business-adjacent fields.
- At least 10 years banking experience with 5 years of experience in change management role.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
