Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our HVAC team. This position offers career growth opportunities and the chance to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft Suite knowledge
• Experience in HVAC and Plumbing parts and supplies
• Load/unload trucks and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Process and prepare orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and stock organization.
• Operate a forklift and other motor vehicles (certification preferred).
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
• Assist with purchase orders, shipping, and receiving.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC or construction preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license 
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and work in various conditions.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Work Environment:

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
