We are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers while fostering a positive and rewarding work environment for our team members.   Job Summary: The Non-CDL Delivery Driver reports directly to the Outbound Supervisor and is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products to customers, retail branches, and distribution centers. This position plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism, operating company vehicles safely, and handling products with care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •     Safely operate company box trucks and other non-CDL vehicles to deliver products to customers, branch locations, and distribution centers. •     Load, transport, and unload products while preventing damage and ensuring order accuracy. •     Verify all deliveries against invoices, manifests, or shipping documents before departure and upon delivery. •     Obtain customer signatures and complete all required delivery documentation. •     Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. •     Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of assigned vehicles. •     Follow efficient delivery routes while meeting established delivery schedules. •     Safley operate forklifts, pallet jacks, lift gates, and other material handling equipment safely (training provided if necessary). •     Secure loads to ensure safe transportation. •     Maintain regular communication with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and supervisors regarding delivery status or delays. •     Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations applicable to non-CDL drivers, and traffic laws. •     Provide courteous, professional customer service during every delivery. •     Assist with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, stocking, inventory counts, and order fulfillment, when not performing deliveries. •     Report accidents, vehicle damage, customer concerns, or delivery discrepancies immediately. •     Perform additional duties as assigned by management.   Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous delivery driving or warehouse experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be eligible to operate company vehicles under company insurance requirements. Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck. Forklift certification is preferred or the ability to become certified. Basic computer and mobile device skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and dependable with a positive attitude.   Physical Requirements •     Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance. •     Ability to safely lift heavier materials with assistance or material handling equipment. •     Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday. •     Frequently enter and exit delivery vehicles. •     Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. •     Must be able to meet the physical demands of loading and unloading materials.
