Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required. 5 years Management/Supervisory experience in a fast-moving environment.
Warehouse Exp. (Shipping Receiving) Strongly Preferred
Lean training/process improvement experience
Inventory management skills.
Computer proficiency: spreadsheets, data entry etc. SAP experience a plus.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot a broad spectrum of warehouse/manufacturing equipment (punch press, drill press, pneumatic tools, forklift).
Supervisory and leadership skills.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence.
Forklift certification.

Plant working conditions: significant standing, walking lifting; occasionally subject to hazardous conditions.
Must be able to withstand a hot or cold warehouse environment depending on outside temperatures.
Wear safety gear as required for job tasks

Previous experience that is necessary background to qualify for this position:

Seasoned level of operations experience within the company.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift or move over 100lbs.
