The Warehouse Associate has the primary responsibility of receiving products by off-loading containers by hand loading onto pallets. Also perform the task of pick and pack with a high level of accuracy using tablet/computer. The ideal candidate has attention to detail, can produce flawless work while performing repetitive tasks, and can produce a high volume of work in a timely manner. Self-motivated, the right person can increase productivity to meet demand, and is willing to work as part of a team that contributes to all functions of the daily warehouse operations.  

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: (But not limited to) 

● Hand unload and stack/sort onto pallets of the inbound products.

● Hand load labeled products into appropriate trucks.

● Warehouse organization and keeping a clean workspace and completing daily tasks         assigned for the day.

● Annual physical inventory attendance is required.

● Perform the task of pick and pack with a high level of accuracy using a tablet/computer.

● Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with the overall upkeep of the warehouse.

Warehouse Associate Representative Requirements:  

● High school diploma or equivalent.  

● Retail, manufacturing, or warehouse experience. 

● Detail oriented and organized. 

● Excellent listening and verbal communication skills. 

● Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

● Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, pallet jack, etc.) ● Excellent communication skills including active listening.  

● Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.  

● Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times.
