Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. You will be responsible for completing fair and reasonable price analyses, executing program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborating with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.

You will report work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

The Lead Project Analyst supports strategic sourcing and supply chain teams through advanced inventory and material data analysis, with a focus on supplier‑held and consigned inventory. This role plays a key part in identifying excess or no‑demand material, validating inventory classifications, and supporting disposition decisions in compliance with company policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze material and inventory data to assess inventory positions and classifications
  • Support consigned inventory disposition decisions (scrap, redeploy, other use)
  • Identify root causes of excess or no‑demand inventory, including supplier overbuy and demand fluctuations
  • Prepare inventory status reports and analytical summaries for leadership
  • Ensure inventory disposition activities follow company policies and procedures
  • Review current inventory processes and recommend efficiency improvements
  • May lead or guide other team members on inventory initiatives
