With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, document management, and communication between teams. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Expected start date: June 1, 2026

Responsibilities
 • Provide daily administrative and coordination support for HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee records management
 • Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
 • Manage new hire onboarding process — including offer letters, employment verification (I-9, E-Verify), ADP registration, and required employment forms (W-4, direct deposit, etc.)
 • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws
 • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance; coordinate enrollment, changes, and terminations with insurance providers
 • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries, insurance card requests, and claims coordination
 • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, time-off requests, and employee data accuracy in ADP or related systems
 • Prepare HR reports, internal memos, and bilingual communications (English/Mandarin) as needed
 • Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and training sessions
 • Ensure HR procedures comply with company policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable U.S. employment laws
 • Collaborate with cross-department teams and HQ (Taiwan) to ensure consistency in HR documentation and communication

Qualifications
 • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 • 1–3 years of HR coordination or generalist experience, preferably in a U.S.-based company or multinational environment
 • Knowledge of U.S. employment practices, onboarding documentation (I-9, W-4), and benefits administration preferred
 • Experience using HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) is a plus
 • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with online HR platforms
 • Professional, discreet, and reliable in handling sensitive employee information
 • Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
