Job Description:

What You Will Do:

  • Send offer letters and onboarding to new hires
  • Process I-9 and E-Verify
  • Ensure new hires are set up accurately in the HRIS system
  • Assist the Payroll team with follow up during payroll processing
  • Monitor different programs, such as employee referrals
  • Administer employee benefits, acting as a liaison between employees and insurance companies to resolve issues pertaining to employee benefits; working closely with third party administrators and health vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate COBRA for eligible employees and/or dependents.
  • Assists with employee correspondence, including benefits, onboarding, and other HR related topics. 
  • Partners with HR team to ensure all employee personnel files are accurate and up to date.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Supports orientation of new employees as needed, including creating onboarding and benefits packages.
  • Assists with the preparation and execution of annual HR functions, such as performance management, open enrollment, etc.
  • Maintain Personnel Files
  • Ensure all sites and office are in compliance with Labor Law Posters

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
  • Two or more years of related experience or relevant coursework
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred experience working with HRIS software
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable; a desire to learn
  • A positive attitude as a detail-oriented self-starter
  • Basic analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
