Summary:

As a utility engineer, you will provide mechanical expertise and cost-effective solutions for multiple utility facility operating and construction projects that meet budget, quality, and schedule requirements. 


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage engineering activities concerned with design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning
    - Mechanical: Boiler, Compressed Dry Air System, Chiller, HVAC, Piping etc.
  • Preventive maintenance execution in order to complete all PM tasks
  • Troubleshoot the abrupt breakdown of utility facilities
  • Make and review technical document
  • Monitoring utility operation
  • Demonstrate problem-solving methodology and reduce a loss of utility cost
  • Follow the work procedure and comply with safety & standard
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent, relevant experience

 

Experience:

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing setting as a mechanical utility system engineer preferred

 

Skills:

  • Exposure in mechanical facilities setting, preferably in production facility
  • Experienced with the handling of Utility Facilities 
  • Comfortable working independently and with others
  • Results-oriented and perseverant
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Project and process management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Technically proficient and motivated to continuously improve
