Position Summary

We're looking for motivated welders - whether you're early in your career or bringing previous experience - to join our welding assembly line team. You'll work with a variety of welding methods and equipment to prep and fabricate fire sprinkler piping.

Experience Level

Entry to mid-level

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operate and set up welding machines including Robot, NAP, and Cypress systems
  • Use welding techniques such as Stick, MIG, Wire, Air Arc, Trackwork, and Plasma
  • Work on will-call orders and follow layout specifications
  • Move, lift, and position pipes and materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the fabrication area
  • Perform air pressure tests and visual inspections to ensure product quality
  • Read and interpret basic labels, layouts, and instructions
  • Work safely in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, cold, sparks, and glare

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of welding experience or basic welding training 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools, and layout tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Requirements

  • Must meet physical requirements, including lifting and repetitive motion
  • Ability to work in warehouse environment year-round
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends based on workload
  • Commitment to following all safey rules and procedures
