Key Responsibilities

​Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure adherence to established processes, procedures, and work instructions.

  • Monitor workforce productivity and coordinate resources to meet operational goals and business objectives.

  • Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive working environment.

  • Support employee development through coaching, cross-training, and knowledge sharing.

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee receiving, stocking, storage, material movement, and shipping activities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials to support production schedules and customer requirements.

  • Monitor warehouse workflows and address operational issues to maintain efficiency and service levels.

  • Ensure materials are properly handled, stored, and protected to prevent damage or loss.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, physical inventories, and transaction reviews.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and material variances, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Ensure all inventory transactions are completed accurately and promptly within warehouse management and ERP systems.

  • Verify inventory locations, quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers, and expiration dates are accurately maintained.

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, excess inventory, or replenishment requirements to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices where applicable.

  • Coordinate material transfers and inventory adjustments while maintaining proper documentation and approvals.

  • Support annual physical inventories and audit activities while maintaining audit-ready inventory records.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Identify, report, and address safety concerns, hazards, and near-miss incidents.

  • Support corrective and preventive actions to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

  • Ensure adherence to all company safety policies, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support operational and quality compliance.

  • Ensure inventory containment, segregation, and disposition processes are followed for nonconforming, quarantined, or restricted materials.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or local equivalent

  • Proficiency in basic mathematics

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others

  • Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in warehousing or material handling

  • Working knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems

  • Ability to perform job‑related physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Experience using automated or powered lifting equipment
