Machine Operator

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Shift: Second Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional overtime as needed)

At Re-Bath, we are looking for hands-on, dependable individuals who enjoy building, creating, and working in a team-oriented environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our bathroom remodeling projects.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines
• Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing
• Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards
• Complete required quality assurance documentation
• Perform minor machine maintenance as needed
• Communicate any scrap, defects, or concerns to leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working with hands in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to pass a 50 state background check and drug screen
