Evergreen Innovation Group,Ā part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivatedĀ Quality Control CoordinatorĀ who willĀ assistĀ in visually inspecting all products going through the factory within their assigned areas. This position requires a professional, courteous, and non-biased manner, with a āTeamā approach.Ā Ā

The Quality Control Coordinator inspects product (including components and subcomponents) visually and with the use of aids including gauges, tape measures, a variety of inspection tools, etc. They willĀ finalize/provide a pass or fail outcome on all work. They help to create and upload documents into the companyās data baseĀ pertaining toĀ all quality processes (which includes the use of computers, iPadās, hard copies, if necessary, etc.). This is not āproductionāĀ personnel, andĀ thereforeĀ haveĀ a separate reporting structure from production andĀ doĀ not perform any production related work. Duties and ResponsibilitiesĀ
Work withĀ qualityĀ lead inspector to identify quality issues and help ensure the highest quality product.Ā
Work professionally with area leads, production personnel, weld technicians (including robots), and āothersā to report, address, and document quality issues and concerns.Ā
Work professionally with other leads, production personnel, finishing crews (including other exterior personnel), and āothersā to report, address, and document quality issues and concerns.Ā
Document and track all quality inspections using electronic reportingĀ app, paperĀ documentsĀ and any other assigned method(s).Ā
Read and understand production/finish details and spool sheets.Ā
Help create and implement the proper quality check(s)Ā utilizingĀ tools.Ā
Attend any training that aids in job functions (roles and responsibilities).Ā
Manage andĀ maintainĀ document creation, flow, distribution, and uploading (which may include digital and hard copies).Ā
Aid inĀ training new and existing employees.Ā
Meet quality inspection requirements toĀ assistĀ in production flow.Ā
Document review,Ā controlĀ and improvement.Ā
Create a positive, respectful, and productive team atmosphere.Ā
Maintain and provide a clean and organized work environment.Ā
Crosstrain andĀ assistĀ Quality Control Inspectors in various areas (including the Finish Shop).Ā
Actively promote a safe working environment (as applicable) throughout the entire factory.Ā
Required Skills and AbilitiesĀ Ā Ā Ā
Strong listening and communication skills.Ā
Ability toĀ identifyĀ and resolve complex issues.Ā Ā Ā
Effective participation inĀ teamĀ environment.Ā
Ability to use and read measuring tape, micrometers, calipers,Ā multimeter, and other measuring devices in the performance of their duties.Ā
Ability toĀ operateĀ electronic devices such as iPhone, iPad, etc.Ā
Use of Microsoft Suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Ā
A willingness toĀ acquireĀ new skills and embrace emerging technologies.Ā
A strong work ethic and a ācan-doā attitude.Ā

Education and ExperienceĀ Ā Ā Ā
3+ Years of Construction Industry Experience.Ā
Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.Ā
OSHA 30 and StateĀ licenseĀ preferred but notĀ required.Ā

Physical RequirementsĀ
Dress appropriately for the work performed and meeting all company safety requirements.Ā
Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.Ā Ā
