Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Follow maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions in alignment with company policies
Perform routine repairs and general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plastering)
Replace lighting and safely perform maintenance in elevated areas
Respond promptly to unscheduled maintenance requests and emergencies
Replenish maintenance supplies and support preventative maintenance routines
Identify and report malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols at all times
Support apartments/units to ensure readiness for residents
Collaborate with team members on various maintenance tasks (drywall, cabinetry, appliances, etc.)
Participate in ongoing training and continuous learning

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance team environment
Ability to perform mostly indoor work with occasional physical demands
Strong work ethic and reliability
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance

Preferred Skills

Experience troubleshooting refrigeration systems
Ability to read and interpret plumbing and electrical schematics
Versatility across general maintenance tasks (drywall, cabinetry, appliance servicing)
Flexible, team-oriented mindset

Pay Rate: The starting pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour, with compensation varying based on experience and qualifications.
