Job Description:

Participates in patient education of proper oral hygiene, performs preventive dental care, reviews patient health history, reinforces treatment plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, valid, unrestricted license as a Dental Hygienist issued by the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners.
Current, completed PSV from the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners.
