Part-Time Sales Associate — Del Sol Furniture | Phoenix, AZ

Del Sol Furniture is looking for motivated, people-oriented part-time sales associates for our Phoenix showroom. This is a weekend-focused role designed for someone who wants real earning potential without a full-time commitment.
We're a locally owned furniture retailer serving the Phoenix metro since 1997. Four beautiful showrooms, a loyal customer base, and a team that rewards performance — not just clock hours.
What You'll Earn:

$18–$23 per hour guaranteed weekly draw - Uncapped commission — every month we reconcile what you sold. Sell more than your draw and you keep the difference. No ceiling.

What You'll Do:
- Engage customers on the showroom floor and guide them through their furniture buying experience
- Learn our product lines, financing options, and sales process through paid training
- Hit your personal sales goals and contribute to the store team
- Represent Del Sol's culture and values on every shift you work
Who We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based environment

- Available Saturday and Sunday — weekend availability is required for this role
