Follow up with customer inquiries on each platform. Report on page analytics and research market trends.  Responsibilities: Craft engaging daily content for our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest pages, following a predefined content calendar. Foster brand awareness and community engagement through social media interaction, including responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media platform insights and metrics to measure campaign performance and audience engagement. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry best practices, proposing new content ideas and strategies to optimize our social media presence. QualificationsQualifications: Proven experience creating compelling social media content for various platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to specific audiences. Adept at social media engagement, including responding to comments and messages in a friendly and professional manner. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and translate it into actionable insights. A passion for social media and a keen eye for current trends. Bonus points: Experience with social media scheduling tools. Knowledge of graphic design principles and photo editing software. Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company.
