KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Procure necessary department supplies
- Submit Foreign National site access for customers and employees, including escorting
