      - Routine & Complicated delivery
      - Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
      - Office/minor gyne: IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
      - Surgical GYN, Laser certification

• Beds in the Dept: 8
• EMR: Medhost
• Other Info: High risk/Trauma patients will be transferred to a Trauma hospital.

• Active AZ License or IMLC
• BC
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
