Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with the setup and teardown of company events and activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
• Experience with maintenance management software.
