As a Sr. Manager Program Planning and Control (PP&C) at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead the Program Planning & Control function and manage a team of program controls professionals supporting program planning and execution. In this role you will help establish the program controls operating cadence, ensure performance visibility, drive baseline integrity and forecasting discipline, and partner with Program Management, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to deliver predictable program execution and improved outcomes.  Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's programs and processes.

You will report directly to Ken Salit, Director Engineering, and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a comprehensive and far-reaching impact, encompassing strategic guidance, process efficiency, quality assurance, data thoughtfulness, reporting, timely delivery, issue resolution, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, compliance, strategic planning, process documentation, and organizational growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, processes, and projects, contributing to the organization's overall success and performance-driven in the market.
