CX Program Management Lead - Aerospace

As a Program Management Manager - Customer Experience Aerospace here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing customer experience programs, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience throughout their engagement with us. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, drive operational excellence, and foster long-term relationships. By effectively managing customer experience initiatives at a senior level, you will contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and overall business growth.

You will report directly to our Senior Director of Program Management, and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC, or Phoenix, AZ, location on a Hybrid work schedule.
