B&F Contracting is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to support daily office operations and Human Resources activities. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and incoming calls while helping keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and employees professionally
- Answer and direct calls in English and Spanish
- Maintain front office, conference rooms, and common areas
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Sort mail and coordinate deliveries
- Support employee events and onboarding activities
- Assist with administrative and HR-related tasks
- Track assigned tasks and maintain organized records
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
