We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and supporting daily operations with enthusiasm and precision. 


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while accurately managing reservations.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
