As a production team member at our food production facility, you will be an essential part of the company and the mission.  The team members are the heart of the organization and drive positive culture.  You will be responsible for the production and processing of items sold at our restaurants while upholding all food and safety standards.  As a company, we are committed to giving our all every day while maintaining a positive attitude.  Join us and become a part of providing healthy affordable food for all!

Pay: $22.00/hour and up, depending on experience (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare food products according to recipes and production standards

• Measure, portion, cut, mix, cook, and assemble ingredients

• Complete daily production tasks accurately and efficiently

• Maintain consistent product quality and portioning

• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

• Keep workstations, equipment, and production areas clean and organized

• Work as a team to complete daily production goals

• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately

• Team-oriented and willing to help where needed

• Previous kitchen or food production experience is a plus

• Will bring a positive attitude to work every day

• Sees experience in a fast-paced environment as a plus 
• Can effectively work together in a small team with others
• Works well with minimal supervision 
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work quickly and safely conducting repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a cold food produciton environment
• Is dependable and has reliable transportation
