About The Position
Enjoy a Rewarding Primary Care Assignment in Phoenix, Arizona!
We're seeking a provider to join an outpatient setting focused on primary care for mature adults. This position offers weekdays-only hours, fast credentialing, and the opportunity to work in a welcoming community!
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Majority of the patient population is aged 65+
- Support staff includes MDs, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, scribes, and registered nurses
Schedule Details:
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Flexibility for a 4-day workweek available
- No call required
Case Types & Procedures:
- Traditional primary care for older adults, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and history of coronary artery disease
- No procedures performed
Requirements:
- MD or NP accepted (NP must have primary care certification)
- Arizona medical license
