- The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.
- *Core Responsibilities:**
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear content.
- Partner with engineers to document designs.
- Ensure documentation aligns with governance and compliance standards.
- Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams.
- Maintain documentation repositories and versioning practices.
- Write User Stories.
- *Qualifications:**
- 3–6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-native systems.
- Ability to read and understand code.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Experience with documentation tooling.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams.
