Job Summary:
Manages warehouse operations within a prefabrication manufacturing facility, including material receiving, inventory control, material distribution, shipping, and storage activities. Oversees the flow of materials and components to support production schedules and project delivery requirements. Leads warehouse personnel and coordinates with production, supply chain, logistics, and project teams to maintain inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. Ensures warehouse processes, equipment utilization, and material handling practices support manufacturing and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and shipping activities supporting prefabrication production and project delivery.
Leads, coaches, and evaluates warehouse team members, establishing expectations for productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and safe work practices.
Oversees inventory accuracy through cycle count programs, inventory reconciliation, stock rotation, and material tracking processes.
Coordinates material availability and movement with production, procurement, logistics, and project stakeholders to support manufacturing schedules and delivery commitments.
Develops and maintains warehouse organization, storage strategies, and material handling processes that support efficient operations and space utilization.
Oversees the safe operation, inspection, and maintenance coordination of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and material handling systems.
Analyzes warehouse performance metrics and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, inventory control, and service levels.

Education Qualifications:
High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
7–10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing support, or a related field required.
3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Forklift Operator certification required or obtainable within 3 months of hire required.
