The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to ensure effective cleanliness of all assigned facilities/projects which include locker rooms, floors, grounds, and general custodial maintenance. Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment and a positive member experience.

What is needed for this job:

18 years old with a high school or technical high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
3+ years of building maintenance experience.

The responsibilities we will trust you with:

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment as per weekly preventative maintenance calendar and maintain records.
Ensure all safety and risk management procedures are adhered to.
Assist and or perform projects of a special nature such as installation of new equipment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all constituents.
Perform routine inspections and repairs on all equipment.
Develop and maintain systems of energy management and monitoring.
Participate in Association Facilities Safety Team.
Maintain shop areas in neat, organized and orderly fashion.
Maintain current stock of maintenance supplies including but not limited to: light bulbs, paper supplies, pool chemicals etc. Ensure cost effective purchasing.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
