Job Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:  

  • Support the Team Leader in daily operations to ensure the press line runs safely, efficiently, and meets production targets.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and work instruction compliance, including PPE usage, BOS/ISO procedures, and part quality standards.
  • Assist with training and coaching associates; provide line and Team Leader coverage during breaks, weekends, and absences.
  • Maintain housekeeping, automation staging, secondary inspections, and verify die setup sheets, parameter books, and run rates.
  • Manage SAP transactions and inventory control, assuming full responsibility when the Team Leader is not present.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

EDUCATION: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING: 

  • 3 months to 1 year of experience in Press shop.
  • Previous Press shop experience, knowledge of how to run a Press line.
  • Lead by example, be trustworthy and dependable.
