Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (some Saturdays required)
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (some Saturdays required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate and monitor daily operations within a warehouse work cell. This position is responsible for overseeing inspection processes, supporting warehouse staff, and ensuring all work meets customer, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to lead by example while providing on-the-job guidance and training when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection processes and supervise employees assigned to inspection tables
• Ensure customer products are inspected accurately and meet quality standards
• Coordinate shift start activities including staffing, table assignments, and job setup
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available for daily operations
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance for employees when new processes or instructions are introduced
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure employees follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to supervisors or managers
• Report any policy or procedure violations
• Support and participate in all company health and safety initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, inspection, or team lead experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly and effectively
