Job Summary
Wheelhouse Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly driven Foreman to lead field execution across plumbing and HVAC projects from mobilization through closeout. This role is responsible for setting the job up for success, leading crews in the field, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The Foreman plays a critical leadership role in coordinating with project management, managing field productivity, and delivering work that meets company standards the first time.

Duties

  • Lead daily field operations, including planning, crew direction, and task execution
  • Drive project schedules and ensure milestones and completion dates are met
  • Participate in pre-construction and pre-bid planning with estimators and project managers
  • Manage labor productivity, manpower, and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain a rolling 2–4 week look-ahead schedule and adjust as needed
  • Ensure all work meets code, drawings, and quality standards
  • Enforce safety policies and maintain a zero-incident jobsite
  • Coordinate with other trades, site supervisors, and internal teams
  • Order and manage materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
  • Complete accurate daily logs and field documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
  • Support project closeout, punch lists, and continuous improvement efforts
