POSITION: E Commerce Support

Job Status: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Fill web orders in a timely manner while following Titanic protocol.
Communicate effectively with web guests regarding returns, damages or other issues with order.
Answer phone calls and emails from guests and handle appropriately regarding merchandise.
Communicate with the Branson receiving dept. on orders that need to fill from there.
Initiate transfer process between the shops on product shipping from Branson.
Continuously monitor sold out items and add/remove stock from Branson as needed.
Works with the web designer on ensuring pricing and titles are correct.
Assist with inventory cycle counts and inventory maintenance, communicating with Merchandise Manager any potential discrepancies.
Assist Receiving Department in processing freight.
Help marketing with gift wrapping and shipping as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

Experience in Cash Handling using POS System and experience in Customer Service

Computer Skills:

Aptitude for learning company-based software.

Work Schedule:

Varied Scheduling based upon hours of operation.
