Direct supervision responsibilities across multiple types of departments including food & beverage, retail, maintenance and guest services. Be the right hand to a key leader and bring your organizational and team leading skills to life!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (included, but not limited to)
- Assistant Manager for themed, fast paced Dinner Attraction.
- Serves as Safety and Loss Control Coordinator for attraction.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing workplace and guest areas.
- Coordinating with contractors and internal maintenance staff on maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring that the job is completed on schedule and within budget
- Mentoring and providing direction to Department Managers.
- Works with General Manager in ensuring company financial and attendance goals are being met.
Previous work experience in the hospitality industry in strongly desired. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of general management and supervisory experience.
