Bartender - Dolly Parton's Stampede

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Dolly Parton's Stampede as a Bartender.

Part-time and Full-Time positions available.

Hours vary with show schedules but always include afternoon and evenings.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Serve a curated collection of themed cocktails and beverages to guests as they arrive at the attraction, as well as during the show.
• Follow all TN state & Company serving laws when it pertains to alcohol.
• Prepare snack items that are available to order from the bar.
• Operate a POS for accurate order taking and transactions.
• Understand food/drink allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with an allergy.
• Set up, stock, and clean the bar area.
• The bartending position may require cross-training for gift shop, greeting, and face painting.
• You are also required as needed to welcome guests as they enter, and inform them of the many activities that are available.
• Be prepared to answer questions related to the performance.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
• Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

• Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, snacks, and used dishes.
